Job summary

Shell Shack Dallas is seeking a personable bartender to join our team. You will craft beverages, provide friendly guest service, and help maintain a lively dining room atmosphere.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing drinks per recipes, creating signature cocktails, maintaining bar cleanliness, following safety guidelines, and assisting with inventory and payments. Prior bartending experience and knowledge of cocktails are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Certification in Responsible Beverage Service (where required by law).
