Daily Grill Concepts is seeking hospitality-focused bartenders to join our team. The role emphasizes accurate liquor cost control, safety compliance, and delivering a memorable guest experience across our Public School Restaurant + Bar concept.

Candidates should have at least one year in a restaurant setting, be 21+, and hold Food Handlers and Responsible Alcohol certifications. This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Headquartered in Palm Desert, CA, Daily Grill Concepts is a national restaurant company with 5 restaurants in two states. The Company boasts 2 different, yet complimentary brands, spanning the spectrum from Casual Daily Grill to the hip and trendy Public School Gastro Pubs.

We are looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality focused team members to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining proper liquor cost and inventory control
• Keeping a clean, health department ready bar and maintaining all health and safety standards and protocols.
• Conducting daily line checks, ensuring cleanliness, freshness, and being set up for the shift.
• Maintaining the service well and preparing drink tickets for servers and cocktailers.
• Maintaining and serving guests at your bar-top
• Serving tables outside of the bar and providing a full-service dining experience
• Restocking and maintaining par levels for beverage and glassware behind the bar
• Unpacking the liquor/wine/beer deliveries, and daily liquor room maintenance
• Following all alcohol safety protocol and ABC guidelines
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with fellow team members, with a heavy teamwork focus.
• Providing hospitality focused service, with an emphasis on guests having a great experience

Job Requirements:

• Must have an open availability including weekends and holidays
• Minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience
• Positive and Professional Attitude
• Strong multi-tasking ability, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must present a Food Handlers card and Responsible Alcohol Certification within 30 days of hire
• Must be able to walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist for 4-12 hours/day
• Must be able to push, pull, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
