Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/bar experience.
• Must be 21+ with Food Handlers card and Responsible Alcohol Certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liquor cost and inventory control.
• Keep a clean, health dept-ready bar and follow safety standards.
• Conduct daily line checks and prep for shifts.
• Maintain service well and prepare drink tickets for servers.
• Provide full-service bar and dining experience to guests.
• Unpack deliveries and manage liquor room; follow ABC guidelines.
