Job summary

Little Mama’s Italian Kitchen in Cornelius, NC is seeking an experienced bartender to join our high-volume restaurant team. You will craft exemplary cocktails and provide guests with attentive service at the bar.

We offer strong earnings potential with a base of $10 per hour plus tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement as many shift managers are promoted from within.

You should have 4+ years of bar experience, be able to stand for long periods, and work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Check IDs to confirm legal drinking age.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Support a team-focused, guest-oriented environment.

Little Mama’s wants to add an experienced bartender to our team. Our bartenders provide our guests with exemplary cocktails to all of our guests in the restaurant while maintaining guests at the bar. Bartender Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and patrons


• Provide guests with great service and maintain bar to FS Food Group standards


• Execute all to-go orders through third-party outlets and guests calling into the restaurant.


• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area


• Ensure policies and processes are in place to check identification to confirm legal drinking age


• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies


• Comply with all ABC regulations


• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant


• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
