Mama Ricotta’s in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced bartender to join a high-volume restaurant team in Midtown. You will craft cocktails and beverages while delivering exemplary hospitality to our guests, with the potential to advance to supervisory roles as the business grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of bar experience required.
• Excellent hospitality and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and patrons
• Provide guests with great service and maintain bar to FS Food Group standards
• Execute all to-go orders through third-party outlets and guests calling into the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all ABC regulations
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
