Job summary

FS Food Group is hiring a Sous Chef to join Mama Ricotta's and Little Mama’s Italian Kitchen in Charlotte. The successful candidate will support the Executive Chef, lead kitchen staff, and uphold high standards for Italian-American cooking in a busy, high-volume setting.

We seek an experienced sous chef with strong leadership and communication skills, ideally with Italian cuisine experience and a culinary degree or equivalent. Competitive pay and excellent benefits accompany this role.
