Job summary

Rock Barn Golf & Spa LLC seeks a beverage attendant to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in our club outlets. You will maintain bar inventory, order supplies, and ensure clean, sanitary bar and banquet areas.

You will work with the Banquet Manager to provide efficient beverage service for events, assist with banquet functions, and stay current with member preferences and industry trends in beverages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar inventory for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Inspect bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies.
• Order liquor, beer, wines, and other bar items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and banquet areas.
• Ensure compliance with beverage laws and regulations.
• Work with Banquet Manager to ensure efficient service.
• Assist with banquet functions and service in F&B areas.
• Keep up with member beverage preferences and trends.
• Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks.
• Collect checks/payments for drinks served.
• Clean and lock up according to procedures.
• Attend staff meetings as required.
