Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits according to established recipes.
• Master our specialty cocktail menu and create drinks quickly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar for efficient service.
• Ensure beverage orders are prepared in a timely manner, both at the bar and through the service bar.
• Keep track of inventory and inform management of any stock needs or shortages.
• Build relationships with regulars and remember guest preferences.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and monitor guest consumption.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Support team members during busy shifts and assist with drink orders when necessary
