Position Overview

We are seeking an upbeat, skilled, and hospitality-focused A.M. Bartender to lead our morning and daytime beverage service. From crafting eye-opening espresso drinks, signature Bloody Marys, and craft mimosa flights to serving lunch guests at the bar, you’ll set the tone and energy for the entire morning shift.

Shift Schedule:
Morning & Daytime Hours (Breakfast through Lunch service). Perfect for skilled bartenders who want high daytime earnings while keeping their evenings free! We are open 7:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. everyday and Wednesday to Saturday 4p.m. - 9 p.m. for dinner service

Key Responsibilities

• Daytime Beverage Craft: Prepare and serve signature morning/lunch cocktails, mocktails, coffee, espresso, and craft beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Bar Service & Hospitality: Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service to bar top guests, creating an inviting morning and lunch atmosphere.
• Bar Prep & Opening Duties: Slice garnishes, batch house-made syrups and cocktail bases, stock ice/liquor/wine/beer, and ensure the bar is 100% prepped for the daytime rush.
• Service Bar Execution: Build drinks quickly for floor servers to keep overall table ticket times low during busy breakfast and lunch surges.
• Cleanliness & Compliance: Maintain a spotless, organized bar area, strictly follow ID verification policies, and enforce safe alcohol service practices.
• Vibe & Culture: Bring contagious morning energy to the team and participate in fun, behind-the-scenes social media content, reel creation, and drink showcases.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced or high-volume setting (experience with breakfast/brunch cocktail programs or barista skills is a big plus!).
• Availability: Strong availability for early morning, daytime, and weekend shifts.
• Personality: Warm, high-energy, camera-friendly, and thrives in a fun, collaborative atmosphere.
• Speed & Precision: Excellent multitasking skills, strong product knowledge, and ability to keep cool during heavy morning or lunch rushes.
• Reliability: Punctuality is essential for morning opening shifts.
