Job summary

Lot 54 is seeking fast, energetic Bussers/Barbacks to support both our dining room and bar team. In this dual role, you’ll clear and reset tables quickly and ensure bartenders never run out of ice, glassware, or prep during high-volume shifts.

Shift availability covers all shifts—morning, brunch, lunch, and night service—with flexible schedules. We offer competitive pay, a fun team, and opportunities to cross-train into Server or Bartender roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as a busser, barback, or runner in a fast-paced restaurant/bar is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right hustle and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Floor Support (Bussing): Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silver from tables and reset quickly.
• Bar Support (Barbacking): Keep bar stocked with ice, liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, syrups, and towels.
• Glassware & Sanitation: Run glassware through dish stations for a steady supply of clean glasses.
• Dining Room Upkeep: Assist with water refills, trash removal, and station stock levels.
• Vibe & Culture: Bring high energy, participate in social media videos and team highlights.

Position Overview

We are seeking fast, energetic, and proactive Bussers / Barbacks to support both our dining room and bar team. In this dual support role, you’ll keep the restaurant moving—clearing and resetting tables quickly for guests while making sure our bartenders never run out of ice, glassware, or fresh prep during high-volume shifts.

Shift Availability:
Hiring for all shifts—including morning/brunch rushes, daytime lunch, and high-energy evening bar services. Flexible schedules available!

Key Responsibilities

• Floor Support (Bussing): Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silver from dining tables efficiently. Wipe down, sanitize, and reset tables quickly to keep guest wait times low.
• Bar Support (Barbacking): Keep the bar fully stocked with ice, liquor, beer, wine, glassware, citrus, garnishes, syrups, and clean towels throughout the shift.
• Glassware & Sanitation: Run glassware and bar tools through dish stations rapidly to ensure a steady supply of clean glasses for both the bar and floor.
• Dining Room Upkeep: Assist servers with water refills, trash removal, floor sweeps, and keeping service stations fully stocked.
• Vibe & Culture: Bring high energy to every shift, maintain a positive hustle, and participate in fun, behind-the-scenes social media videos and team highlights.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Prior experience as a busser, barback, or runner in a fast-paced restaurant or bar is a plus, but we are happy to train anyone with the right hustle and attitude!
• Speed & Stamina: Ability to move fast, stay on your feet for long shifts, and comfortably lift/carry heavy bus tubs, ice buckets, and kegs (up to 50 lbs).
• Personality: Upbeat, camera-friendly, reliable, and thrives in a high-energy team environment.
• Attention to Detail: Quick eye for cleanliness, empty tables, and low bar stock before the team even has to ask.
• Availability: Flexible schedule required, including weekend daytime or night shifts.
