Join our dynamic team as a Bartender and become the heart of the bar experience! Our own craft beer is our centerpiece, but we also serve a variety of classic and specialty cocktails. In this energetic role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable moments for our patrons while maintaining a lively, safe, and clean environment. Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair, following established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process orders accurately and handle transactions smoothly.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-serving.
• Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils regularly to ensure seamless service.
• Follow food safety management protocols to uphold health standards and prevent contamination or spoilage.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Ability to operate POS systems confidently for order processing and payments.
