Sofive invites a motivated bartender to join our high-energy 5-a-side soccer venue in Chicago. You will take orders, craft beverages, serve guests, and upsell food while building repeat clientele in a fast-paced hospitality setting that loves soccer.

Work with a friendly team, follow service timelines, maintain clean stations, and contribute ideas to enhance guest experiences. Must be 21+ and reliable to thrive in our dynamic, sport-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make suggestions.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Ability to take direction and work with the team.
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale system.
• Reliable and punctual with a schedule.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Plus: appreciation for soccer!

Responsibilities

• Take orders, make beverages for all guests, serve beverages, sell food and build repeat clientele.
• Follow service times and guidelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience.
• Work as a contributing team member and communicate with management to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Maintain positive relationships with all team members and managers.
• Make suggestions to management to grow the business.
• Cross training and mandatory cleaning are required.

• Work as a contributing member of a team and communicate with management and serving reps to ensure effective customer flow
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers
• Ability to make suggestions and bring propositions to management to grow the business
