Job summary

Sofive Cherry Hill is hiring a Barista/Bartender to support our café and bar operations. You will prepare espresso drinks and other beverages, and provide a welcoming experience for players, families, and guests.

In this part-time role, you will operate the POS system, maintain a clean and stocked café/bar area, and assist with events and tournaments in a fast-paced venue while delivering friendly, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous barista, bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently when needed.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other café beverages.
• Operate the POS system and accurately process cash and card transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café/bar area.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Follow opening, closing, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures.
• Support birthday parties, tournaments, leagues, and other facility events.
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
