Job summary

Sofive City Soccer, Inc. is seeking a Barista to join our Sofive Soccer Centers. You will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, deliver top-notch customer service, and maintain a clean, organized workspace within a vibrant, fast-paced facility.

The role requires a friendly, energetic team player with strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask during busy shift periods. Part-time scheduling may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in food and beverage is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee roasting, brewing techniques, and beverage preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and deliver exceptional customer service
• Take and process beverage and snack orders accurately
• Prepare a wide range of coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications
• Ensure all food and beverage items meet quality, consistency, and timeliness standards
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders) regularly
• Restock supplies and inventory as needed throughout the shift
• Keep all areas—workstations, kitchen, and dining areas—clean and organized
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and service protocols
