Job summary

Postino WineCafe in Charlotte, NC is seeking a bartender who can craft precise cocktails and spirited beverages, delivering a full-service bar experience to guests. You will maintain a clean, organized workstation and support teammates across the front of house.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service bar experience; total hospitality experience acceptable.
• High-school diploma preferred.
• State Food Handler’s Management Certification is required.
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required.

• Accurately prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards or per guest request.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized bar area and assist other service positions as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bartender your responsibility is to accurately prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards or per guest request, while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work area. This role delivers a full service experience to guests sitting at the bar and assists other service positions as needed.
