Job summary

Postino WineCafe is opening a new Charlotte location in Plaza Midwood and seeks a bartender to join the team. You will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to our standards while keeping a clean bar and supporting other team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service bar experience; combined industry experience will be considered.
• High-school diploma preferred
• State Food Handler's Management Certification is required
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards or guest requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
• Deliver a full service experience to guests at the bar and assist other service positions as needed.

As a Bartender your responsibility is to accurately prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards or per guest request, while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work area. This role delivers a full service experience to guests sitting at the bar and assists other service positions as needed.
