Job summary

Postino in Charlotte is hiring a bartender for our new Plaza Midwood location. The role requires accurate drink preparation to our standards and guest requests, in a clean, organized bar area, with support for other team members as needed.

We seek candidates with at least 1 year of full-service bar experience, a high-school diploma, and required certifications (Food Handler & Responsible Alcohol Service). This is a tipped position with pay based on hourly rate plus tips.

• 1 year of full-service bar experience required.
• High-school diploma preferred.
• State Food Handler's Management Certification is required.
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards or guest requests, while keeping a clean, organized, and sanitized bar area.

As a Bartender your responsibility is to accurately prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards or per guest request, while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work area. This role delivers a full service experience to guests sitting at the bar and assists other service positions as needed.
