Job Summary

Margaritas is seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating an engaging bar atmosphere and delivering exceptional drink service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a flair for engaging with customers, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a high-volume bar is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Mix and serve drinks according to Margarita’s recipes. Maintain high quality and consistency of all beverages served.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all guests. Engage with customers, taking the time to understand their preferences and making recommendations.
• Inventory Management: Keep the bar stocked and clean. Regularly check inventory levels and request restocks as needed.
• Cash Handling: Accurately manage tabs and cash transactions. Ensure all sales are recorded properly.
• Compliance: Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol service and health code regulations.
• Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, ensuring all equipment functions correctly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the bar and restaurant staff to ensure a seamless service experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment.
