Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of Baja‑inspired cocktails (think margaritas, micheladas, and tropical creations)
• Mix drinks quickly and accurately, following recipes to maintain consistent quality
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests at the bar and restaurant
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, ensuring health and safety standards are met
• Assist in stocking bar supplies, including liquor, beer, mixers, and garnishes
• Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements
• Process payments accurately using our POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations
• Offer recommendations on drink pairings and explain the menu to guests

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is not required, but a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine, especially Mexican and tropical drinks
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy shifts
• Must be 21 years or older and possess a valid alcohol server certification
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a passion for creating great guest experiences
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods
• Familiarity with POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions
