Job summary
Margaritas is seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating an engaging bar atmosphere and delivering exceptional drink service to a steady flow of guests.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a strong knowledge of cocktails and bar equipment, and proven experience in a high-volume environment, with a focus on friendly, accurate service and adherence to all laws and health codes.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience as a bartender in high-volume settings.
- Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and bar equipment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Cash handling experience.
- Legally eligible to serve alcohol.
- Bartending certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of local liquor laws.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks per Margarita's recipes.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests.
- Maintain bar stock and cleanliness.
- Manage tabs and cash transactions accurately.
- Adhere to alcohol service laws and health regulations.
- Keep bar area organized and equipment functioning.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff for seamless service.
