Job summary

NorthPointe Hospitality in Albany, GA is seeking experienced Bartenders/Bar Servers who deliver award-winning service and drive beverage sales. Immediate opening with daily pay option and generous benefits.

Responsibilities include upselling beverages, following brand protocols, maintaining clean work areas, and adapting for high-volume events. ServSafe beverage knowledge is preferred and customer-focused service is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior bartender/server experience required.

• Strictly follows company-wide and brand protocols regarding service delivery.
• Ensures ServSafe beverage protocols are personally understood and followed at all times.
• Maintains exceptionally clean, safe and organized work areas at all times. Preps accordingly for follow day’s business.
• Works banquet functions as needed - must be highly flexible in work schedule during high volume and holiday periods.
• Ensures table settings are clean and professionally presented at all times. Self-buses.

Qualifications

• Foremost, must be able to provide Award Winning Service by exceeding brand standards be evidence of SALT scores. Must be a Team player and interact exceptionally well with other departments and fellow associates.
• Prior Bartender/server experience required.
• Excellent time management, organizational and self- management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during high volume times to achieve Service and F&B sales budgets/targets.
• Confident, self-driven, dynamic and loves to learn. Has a strong ability to take direction and suggestion from others.
• Loves the interaction with the public, extroverted personality – genuine care for others demonstrated by daily interactions.
