Responsibilities

• Greet all guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes, house standards, and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and equipment.
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and take appropriate action to promote responsible service.
• Engage with guests to make recommendations, answer questions, and enhance overall experience.
• Restock and rotate bar inventory as needed, ensuring product quality and freshness.
• Perform all side work duties as directed by manager.
• Clean tables and counters in the dining room area.
• Be knowledgeable of the menu, including ingredients and preparation of specific items.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications
