Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Bars Manager for Park Hyatt Mexico City, located in the Polanco district opposite Chapultepec Park, a landmark luxury property. You will oversee daily bar operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and lead the bar team in beverage quality and inventory management.

Experience in luxury hospitality is required, with a focus on cocktails, wines, and cost control. Fluent Spanish and English are preferred, and compliance with health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing bars or beverage operations in luxury settings.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and current beverage trends.
• Proven leadership, staff-training, and team-development skills.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and guest-service abilities.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English proficiency; other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of local alcohol regulations, food safety, and responsible-service practices.

AsaBars Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s bars, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent adherence to Park Hyatt’s luxury service standards. This role leads the bar team, manages beverage quality and inventory, develops creative cocktail programs, controls costs, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements.
