Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City seeks an energetic bartender to deliver exceptional service in a vibrant, upscale setting. You will craft cocktails, recommend pairings, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a clean, welcoming bar.

The role is onsite with opportunities to grow within Hyatt’s global hospitality team. The ideal candidate brings bartending experience in upscale venues, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in an upscale environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Bartendersare responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunities for casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on one’s style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will understand state and local serving guidelines.

While this role is primarily focused on bartending, some serving shifts may be required as part of the position.
