Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a Cook to join Barrel Yard Restaurant. You will follow recipes, prepare food, and maintain kitchen cleanliness in a fast-paced team environment.

This role offers evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts with weekly pay and a benefits package. You must be at least 18 with 1 year back-of-house experience and the ability to work with precision and teamwork to deliver great guest experiences.

• Must have at least 1 year back of house experience.
• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and take directions; work as a team player.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Follow the supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production.
• Prepare food and beverage products for customers by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and operation of kitchen equipment.
• Clean equipment properly according to the correct procedures.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and management.

Pay
