Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a seasonal Cook to join the Barrel Yard team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If you have a passion for creating culinary masterpieces and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, you’ll contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a lively stadium setting.

Expect to follow recipes, operate kitchen equipment, and maintain clean, well-stocked workstations while collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of back-of-house experience.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and food abbreviations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Follow the supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production.
• Prepare food and beverage products for customers by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and operation of kitchen equipment.
• Clean equipment properly according to the correct procedures.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and management.
