Job summary

Anderson International Corp in Ohio is seeking workers to operate automated and semi-automated tools to produce proprietary products (barrel bars). You will use gauges and grinders, engrave with laser, and ensure quality through ERP documentation.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, safety adherence, and teamwork to meet production targets in a plant setting. Training on day shift with third shift planned for 2027 start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and record information in manufacturing paperwork.
• Perform basic math and measurements.
• Attention to detail and quality focus.
• Experience with automated or manual production equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a repetitive production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated, semi-automated and mechanical tools to produce barrel bars.
• Use go/no-go gauges to sort material for straightness.
• Fit and grind products on grinding machines to spec.
• Engrave product with laser engraver.
• Box finish product and document work in ERP.
• Perform routine maintenance and maintain good housekeeping.
• Follow health, safety, and company policies.
• Collaborate with peers and management to ensure safe operations.
