Job summary

Anderson International is seeking a production associate to operate automated and semi-automated equipment, producing barrel bars to specification. You will run gauges, feed a hydraulic press, and grind parts to tolerance while recording data in ERP systems.

This role requires reading, basic math, and teamwork in a plant environment. Candidates should be able to lift, stand for long periods, and adhere to safety policies; training provided for shift expansion in 2027.

This position will train on 1st shift until 3rd shift is implemented at beginning of 2027.Summary Of PositionOperate automated, semi-automated, and mechanical tools & equipment to produce proprietary product(s)(barrel bars) to their intended specification.
