Job summary

Anderson International Corp in Ohio is seeking a production operator to run automated, semi- automated, and manual equipment to produce barrel bars to exact specifications.

You will use go/no-go gauges, hydraulic presses, and grinding machines, inspect with gauges, engrave with a laser, and box finish products, while recording results in the ERP system and maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend information.
• Ability to perform simple math and measurements.
• Attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Experience in a production setting with repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer literacy and ERP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate gauges to sort material for straightness.
• Use hydraulic press to straighten material to specification.
• Check products with gauges and document results.
• Operate automated/semi-automated grinding machines to spec.
• Engrave products with laser engraver and box finish.
• Record work in ERP system and maintain documentation.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and housekeeping.
• Follow plant policies and collaborate with team.
• Maintain health and safety compliance.
