Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and listens actively.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during the shift.
• Manages the cash drawer accurately and follows cash-handling and safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked per operating standards.
