Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.

• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and provides attentive, personalized service.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, adjusting to guest preferences.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during shifts.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked per Caribou's standards.
• anticipates needs of guests and teammates and acts proactively.
• Makes product recommendations grounded in knowledge.
• Recognizes when issues require leadership and seeks support accordingly.
• Shows up on time for every scheduled shift and maintains reliable attendance.
