Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections, active listening, personal attention.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately."
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked, meeting operating standards for quality and safety.
• Anticipates what’s needed next for a Guest or teammate and acts on it before being asked.
• Makes recommendations grounded in real product knowledge.
• Takes direction from leaders and supports team priorities.
• Shows up for every scheduled shift on time and ready to go.
