Responsibilities

• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately following cash-handling and safety standards
• Keeps the store clean, organized, and well-stocked to Caribou’s standards
• Makes recommendations grounded in product knowledge and supports teammates as needed
