Carmel Mission Inn is seeking a friendly and skilled Barista to join our cafe team. You will craft high‑quality beverages and provide exceptional service that brightens guests' days while contributing to the hotel's success.

Responsibilities include mastering coffee craft, delivering a warm guest experience, maintaining efficient work areas, handling cash accurately, and supporting shift operations to ensure seamless service for the next team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 6 months of food & beverage customer service experience, including cash handling (previous barista experience is a major plus!).
• Incredibly friendly, customer-centric attitude with a natural love for connecting with people.
