Job description

As a Barista, you will support your hotel's financial goals by managing the daily operations of the Starbucks facilities and other Food and Beverage areas. You will prepare and serve beverages and food to ensure high quality and guest satisfaction, contributing to revenue and profitability through prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer service experience, including cash handling, preferably as a Barista.
• Incredibly friendly, customer-centric, with a positive attitude and a welcoming smile.
• Maintain a professional appearance and dress at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to standard procedures, ensuring proper proportions and ingredients to control costs and ensure consistency.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; set up the bar and back bar as per established procedures.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform pre and post-shift tasks, including stocking and making coffee.
• Access back-of-house areas and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Handle cash, deposit cash drops, and balance the bank securely.
• Interact with guests and colleagues, sometimes without supervision.
• Control access to sensitive hotel areas such as storage and liquor rooms.
• Uphold a high level of trust and responsibility, representing the company with good character and sound judgment.
