What You Do

• Work on the café floor, which requires physical activity such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing, and operating espresso machines, as well as on the sales floor when needed.
• Deliver the perfect beverage that exceeds customer expectations by engaging, building rapport, listening, and providing friendly, fast service through a tailored order-creating approach.
• Make relevant beverage and food recommendations to ensure an engaging experience that connects customers with the right products to meet their needs.
• Ensure the café is welcoming to all customers by keeping the bake case stocked and merchandise neatly displayed.
• Take pride in the café environment, prioritizing cleanliness and tidiness, recognizing that cleanliness impacts the overall customer experience.
• Execute all operational standards accurately, promptly, and in accordance with café standards, safety, and health regulations.
• Protect company assets by adhering to processes and working efficiently to control waste and shrinkage.
• Recognize and assist both customers and employees with urgency and care.

Notes

Starting hourly rate: $15.00

Benefits

Part-time (< 20 hours/week): Sick pay (1 hour per 30 hours worked), Employee Discount.

Part-time (20-29.99 hours/week): 24–34 hours of sick time annually, Employee Discount, 1 week of vacation in the first year (2 weeks thereafter), 1 Personal Day (first year, then 2), 6 Company Holidays, 401(k).

Full-time (30+ hours/week): 36-48 hours of sick time annually, Employee Discount, 1 week of vacation in the first year (then 2), 1 Personal Day (first year, then 2), 6 Company Holidays, 401(k).
