Job Overview

The Barista is the foundation of the café, responsible for providing excellent customer service and high-quality beverages. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude to ensure customers keep returning, as they are the reason for our success.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education/Formal Training

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience

Customer service experience preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

• Excellent customer service skills

Physical Demands

The physical requirements include hearing timers, checking food quality, interacting positively with guests, accurate cash handling, and working independently. The role involves lifting up to 70 lbs, pushing/pulling carts, bending, standing, walking, and carrying throughout the shift in an indoor environment.
