Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Certification required or to be obtained within 30 days.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, and vendors.
• Make and serve a selection of beverages with various brewing methods.
• Prepare and serve delicious food.
• Stay knowledgeable about Blue Bottle offerings and training.
• Taste beverages regularly to ensure quality and uphold standards.
• Create community in cafes by sharing coffee knowledge with guests and teammates.
• Support the team with cafe operations and cleanup tasks.
• Promote sustainable practices and environmentally friendly actions.
• Uphold health, food safety, and safety guidelines.
• Complete Blue Bottle Academy training and 90‑day validation post‑hire.
