You will deliver hospitality, craft beverages, prepare foods, and stay knowledgeable through tastings and trainings. You’ll contribute to a culture of quality and curiosity, while supporting cafe operations and environmental goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and guest service.
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
• Existing Food Handler’s Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, and vendors.
• Make and serve a selection of beverages with various brewing methods.
• Prepare and serve food items.
• Stay knowledgeable about offerings and participate in tastings and trainings.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with cafe operations as needed.
• Promote a safe and respectful working environment.
• Complete Blue Bottle Academy training and 90-day validation.
