Qualifications

• Experience with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays.
• Must be 21 years of age for liquor sales (where applicable).
• Previous experience as a keyholder, barista, or retail/food service associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional guest service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and food items with quality and consistency.
• Engage guests with questions to recommend products and promotions.
• Practice suggestive selling to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain knowledge of store merchandise, beverages, promotions, and KPIs.
• Educate guests on food, beverage, and retail offerings.
