Job summary

Event Network, LLC is seeking a Keyholder / Barista to blend retail sales with café service, delivering quality beverages and assisting guests with merchandise. You’ll support store operations, including opening and closing, while upholding service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with management to meet sales goals, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and ensure a positive, inclusive guest experience across locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder, barista, or retail/food service preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong hospitality mindset.
• Passion for coffee, beverages, and guest experiences.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Experience with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays.
• Food safety knowledge (Food Handler’s Card preferred).
• Must be 21+ for liquor sales where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items with quality and consistency.
• Engage guests to recommend products and promotions.
• Suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Maintain knowledge of store merchandise, beverages, promotions, and KPIs.
• Educate guests on offerings.
• Open/close procedures and process transactions via POS.
