Job summary

The Little America Hotel in Cheyenne, WY is seeking a Barista for Carol’s Cafe to prepare and serve specialty coffee, beverages, and light foods. Dependent on experience, pay ranges from $9 to $12 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus after 60 days of full-time employment.

Responsibilities include processing payments, stocking, cleaning, and delivering friendly, efficient service; candidates must be available for mornings, weekends, and holidays and complete required training.

• Must successfully complete training in food preparation, food service skills, and customer service procedures.

• Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes service and seating areas.
• Ensures proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and heating by routinely checking temperatures in that equipment.
• Stocks supplies or retail products; may inventory, order, or receive products as directed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to serve customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly.

Education and Experience:

• Must successfully complete training in food preparation, food service skills, and customer service procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
