Job summary

Omni Tucson National Resort & Spa is hiring a Barista / Cashier to deliver quick and friendly service in a high-end resort setting. You will maintain a clean coffee bar, restock merchandise, and ensure guest satisfaction through professional interactions and accurate transactions.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, cash handling skills, and the ability to input data into MICROS. Flexibility for varied shifts including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in food/beverage or retail.
• Previous cash handling and face-to-face customer service experience required.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into MICROS.
• Ability to stay calm and friendly in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick, efficient, and professional service to guests at the barista station.
• Restock merchandise, keep coffee bar clean, and ensure guest satisfaction.
