Job summary

Omni Severin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis is seeking a friendly Barista to deliver quick, professional service to guests at the lobby coffee bar. Responsibilities include restocking merchandise, keeping the coffee bar clean, handling cash accurately, and interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, a willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and PMs, and familiarity with MICROS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience; in food/beverage and/or retail preferred.
• Previous cash handling and face-to-face customer service experience required.
• Ability to accurately input information into MICROS.
• Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, weekends, holidays and PM availability.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
