Job summary

Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, AZ is seeking a friendly Barista to deliver high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and handle payments while maintaining a clean, inviting environment across beverage and retail areas.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask between beverage preparation, cashiering, and retail support, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, professional manner following Loews service standards.
• Accurately record guest orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items, following recipes and timing guidelines.
• Present accurate guest checks, process payments, and handle cash, charge cards, and room charges.
• Maintain accountability for assigned bank, cash deposits, and all cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service, storage, and public areas.
