Twenty Nine Palms Enterprises in Coachella, CA is seeking a part-time team member to sell, prepare and serve food and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help create our Five Star Experience and uphold our Service Promise within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests, accurate order taking, cash handling, and adherence to food safety standards. Flexible hours include weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and Team Members by adhering to our Mission Statement and Service Promise.
• Obtain food and beverage orders and process payments using POS, including cash, cards, comps and discounts.
• Perform cashier duties in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide quality beverages by following recipe and presentation standards; accommodate guest modifications.
• Prepare, cook and serve various food items according to recipes and standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Adhere to equipment cleaning and maintenance specifications.
• Stock and monitor station needs according to par levels.
• Monitor product quality and freshness; rotate stock properly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
