Coach is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our store. You will greet guests, explain the menu, and help them discover Coach beverages and merchandise while upholding brand standards.

You will work with a team to maintain cleanliness, assist with stock, and support selling goals. Prior café experience and comfort with food safety, cash handling, and POS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior barista or café experience preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store policies including food safety and cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests, creating memorable experiences.
• Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and brand heritage.
• Promote beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited items.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens.
• Collaborate with team to share selling strategies.
