Job summary

Coach is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to store sales by representing the Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining product knowledge, promoting beverages and merchandise, and supporting floor sets and visual standards while ensuring food safety and accuracy in orders.

Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in a cafe setting preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable experiences.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage.
• Selling Skills: Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited availability items.
• Visual Standards: Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to solve problems and share selling strategies.
