Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York, seeks a Barista to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive store sales. You will represent the Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm while applying deep product knowledge and strong selling skills.

As part of a high-energy retail team, you will manage beverages, food items, and merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior barista or café experience preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and cash handling.
• Comfort with food & beverage operating systems and policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, creating memorable experiences.
• Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and Coach heritage.
• Promote beverages and merchandise to meet sales goals; tailor orders.
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens with proper safety.
• Collaborate with team to share selling strategies and solve problems.
