Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and personal attention.
• Hand‑crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as the shift calls for.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer following cash-handling and safety standards.
• Keeps the café clean, organized, and well‑stocked to Caribou’s quality and safety standards.
• Anticipates guests' needs and acts proactively.
